At ZYNR, every order is handled with precision to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 working hours after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Timeline

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any additional courier or logistics charges are non-refundable.

Address & Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order placement.
  • ZYNR will not be responsible for delivery delays or failures due to:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address
    • Unavailability of recipient
    • Courier service restrictions in certain locations

Undelivered / RTO Orders

  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (RTO – Return to Origin):
    • The customer will need to bear re-shipping charges to receive the order again.
    • No refunds will be provided for RTO orders.

Exchange Shipping

  • In case of approved exchanges:
    • Customers may be required to ship the product back at their own cost.
    • Replacement products will be dispatched after inspection and approval.

Delays & Force Majeure

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • ZYNR is not liable for delays caused by:
    • Natural calamities
    • Government restrictions
    • Courier partner disruptions
    • High order volumes during drops or sales
