Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 working hours after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Timeline

Domestic Shipping (India):
Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. - Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Any additional courier or logistics charges are non-refundable.
Address & Delivery
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order placement.
- ZYNR will not be responsible for delivery delays or failures due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unavailability of recipient
- Courier service restrictions in certain locations
Undelivered / RTO Orders
- If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (RTO – Return to Origin):
- The customer will need to bear re-shipping charges to receive the order again.
- No refunds will be provided for RTO orders.
Exchange Shipping
- In case of approved exchanges:
- Customers may be required to ship the product back at their own cost.
- Replacement products will be dispatched after inspection and approval.
Delays & Force Majeure
- Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
- ZYNR is not liable for delays caused by:
- Natural calamities
- Government restrictions
- Courier partner disruptions
- High order volumes during drops or sales
