Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – ZYNR
At ZYNR, every product is crafted with care and quality standards. To maintain hygiene, fairness, and operational efficiency, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy. However, we do offer product exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below.
No Return & No Refund Policy
- ZYNR does not provide returns or refunds under any circumstances.
- Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Size issues
- Color or design preference
- Delayed delivery
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
Please ensure you review the size chart, product details, and images carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Policy (Only in Eligible Cases)
We offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible for Exchange:
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Size exchange (only once per order)
Exchange Conditions:
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Any signs of wear, damage, or tampering will result in rejection of the exchange request
Exchange Process
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zynr.co.in
- Share:
- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the product
- Reason for exchange
- Once approved:
- Customer must ship the product back (shipping charges may apply)
- Replacement will be dispatched after quality inspection
Note: If the requested size or product is unavailable, a store credit of equal value will be issued (valid for a limited period).
Important Notes
- No cash refunds or bank refunds will be initiated at any stage.
- Discounted / Sale items may be non-exchangeable (if mentioned on the product page).
- ZYNR reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request after inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
